I offer a warm, direct, and compassionate approach to therapy, creating a safe, nonjudgmental space where individuals, couples, and teens can explore the growth they seek. My work focuses on anxiety, depression, trauma, life transitions, and relational health. I also specialize in Brainspotting, offering tailored support for athletes, performers, and writers who want to move through performance blocks and strengthen their mental and emotional well-being. I am committed to walking alongside you as you navigate these challenges and connect with your inner resilience and strengths. I am certified in Brainspotting and the Oaklander Model of Play Therapy. Having “been around a bit,” I bring curiosity, humor, and a grounded, straightforward style to therapy. Before becoming a therapist, I spent years in the arts and entertainment industry and also served in the U.S. Air Force. Therapy is a collaborative partnership guided by your goals. Together, we’ll identify what’s already working in your life and build on it, while also easing your mental load with practical coping skills and mindfulness practices. Because my approach is eclectic and holistic, I can tailor our work to your unique needs, background, and pace.
