No one knows your story better than you. Everyone has their own experience and I am here to meet you where you are at. I am passionate about creating a safe space where you can feel empowered, experience growth and increase your sense of wellbeing. Whether you are navigating major life changes or just need a listening ear - I am here for you. I believe that the therapeutic relationship is one of collaboration. Together we will explore what it is you are seeking out of counseling. In a nonjudgmental and empathetic atmosphere, self exploration and healing can occur. I enjoy working with children and adolescents who are navigating issues such as depression, life transitions, trauma, anxiety, identity issues and neurodiversity. I operate through a trauma informed lens with a person centered approach and incorporate Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), Solution Focused Therapy (SFT) and Dialectical Behavioral Therapy (DBT). When working with children I rely largely on play therapy. Devin Gladney, LCMHC-A, earned her MA in Clinical Mental Health Counseling from Wake Forest University.
