Introduction

Are you tired of the bullshit? Does it feel like the weight of the world is on your shoulders? How are you doing in this dumpster fire of a world we are all trying to survive in? Hi, I’m Laurel Keeling, a Licensed Clinical Mental Health Counselor Associate (she/her). I’m a white, bisexual, spiritual, fat, able-bodied cisgender woman who is passionate about creating a safe, supportive space for individuals (14+). I help clients navigate grief, trauma, caregiving, stress, anxiety, academic pressures, self-exploration, and more. I love guiding people to reconnect with their inner child and explore the many parts of who they are. My therapeutic style encompasses authenticity, empathy, honesty, patience, and warmth! I encourage clients to communicate and express themselves in a way that is authentic to them. Our work together will be collaborative and tailored to your needs. It would be an incredible honor to be invited in by you to see and explore your world! I strive to provide a safe space for clients to share and process their thoughts, feelings, and experiences. Though we may not share the same identities or beliefs, I want to understand your story and support you with the care you deserve. You are the expert on your life and have the power to heal, grow, and change!
