Hello, my name is Lauren. I hold many titles, as lover and daughter of Jesus, wife, mother, daughter, sister and friend. I also hold the title as a licensed professional counselor trained in EMDR. I am passionate about working with people that desire to integrate their Christian faith with both spirit-filled and clinical strategies to heal acute and chronic concerns with anxiety, grief and trauma. It's an honor to hold this intimate space that few are invited to sit in with you.I am a charismatic Christian believer that relies on the Trinity for empowerment and healing throughout the process of integrative clinical and biblical counseling. I take a personal and warm approach to individualize your unique needs, with an eclectic of various techniques from theories including EMDR, CBT. Solution-Focused, and Family Systems/Somatic Healing.
