I specialize in helping first responders, military service members, veterans, healthcare professionals, and their families navigate trauma and the unique pressures that come with a life of service. As the spouse of a first responder and an Army combat medic veteran, I understand this culture personally and provide a space where you can speak openly and feel understood. I use EMDR and other trauma-informed approaches to help clients process difficult experiences, build resilience, and find healthier ways to carry what they’ve been through.
