Introduction

Hello! My name is Lauren, and I'm a Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner. I am based out of Bigfork, MT and offer both in person and telehealth visits. I have years of experience as an RN, and inpatient and outpatient psychiatric experience doing psychiatric assessments and medication management for patients ranging in age from 5 years to 95 years old. I like to take time to get to know my patients and figure out the basis of their mental health concerns. I offer a holistic approach to treatment which includes medication management and psychotherapy combined. I will be transitioning to offering functional psychiatry in 2026. Larger mental health faciilties often make you feel like you are just a number, getting you in and out of your appointments quickly without digging deeper into your concerns. That is not how I practice. I get to the root of your symptoms, listen to your concerns, and collaborate as a team with you to figure out the best individualized treatment plan. If you are feeling unheard by your current medication management provider, or if your current medication treatment plan is not working for you, please reach out to me. I'm available to anyone living in Montana, Washington, Idaho, Utah and California via Telehealth, and in person in the Flathead Valley.
