Relationships can be one of the most meaningful and challenging parts of life. As a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist, I help individuals and couples navigate relationship struggles, strengthen emotional connection, and create healthier patterns with themselves and those they love. Outside of my role as a therapist, I’m also a wife, sister, and daughter, which gives me a deep appreciation for both the joys and complexities of close relationships. In my work with couples, I use evidence-based approaches to help partners move beyond repeated conflicts and better understand themselves and each other. Together, we focus on improving communication, resolving conflict, healing relational wounds, strengthening intimacy, and building a more secure foundation for the future, whether that means repairing a relationship, preparing for marriage, or gaining clarity about next steps. I also work with individuals who are seeking greater self-understanding, navigating life transitions, or wanting to improve their relationships and overall well-being. My approach is holistic, trauma-informed, and collaborative, integrating practical tools with insight-oriented work and the mind-body connection. I have a particular passion for supporting young adults during periods of change, helping them build confidence, clarify values and goals, and develop healthy coping strategies for life’s challenges. I offer therapy to clients in Colorado and coaching to individuals and couples anywhere who are seeking support with personal growth, relationships, and life transitions. Coaching is not psychotherapy and does not involve the diagnosis or treatment of mental health conditions. If you’re feeling stuck, overwhelmed, or ready to create meaningful change, I welcome the opportunity to work together! About Me Originally from Houston, Texas, I moved to Colorado to continue my education at Colorado State University, where I earned a master’s degree in Human Development and Family Studies with a specialization in Marriage and Family Therapy. I’m currently a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist in Colorado. My husband and I live in Breckenridge with our rescue dog, Bailey. When I’m not meeting with clients, I spend as much time as I can outdoors enjoying the Colorado sunshine. I also love quality time with friends and family, traveling, hiking, and learning everything I can about wellness and relationships.
