Introduction

ABOUT YOU: You’ve spent months, years, or maybe your whole life trying to think, organize, or worry your way out of the stress and overwhelm. You might feel constantly trapped in the relentless loops of OCD, drowning in the daily, paralyzing overload of ADHD, or living with a persistent hum of anxiety that never lets you rest. It probably feels like you are spending every ounce of your energy just trying to keep up. Or maybe you haven't been able to keep up at all. And, I am guessing you are exhausted and feel like you are not who you want to be or are not living the life you want to be living. If this resonates, I want you to know that you are not broken. You simply may not have the support you need to find steady ground. This is where therapy comes in. Let’s create a pause in the noise, step out of the fear, and figure out what you actually need for healing. ABOUT ME: I’m a Licensed Clinical Social Worker specializing in the treatment of OCD, ADHD, anxiety, and the many challenges that can come along with these conditions such as perfectionism, burnout, relationship struggles, and relational self-awareness. I am also trained to support you through a myriad of other conditions and life stressors. I regularly engage in advanced training and clinical consultation but I find the important skills I bring into the room are warmth and compassion. And I am human just like you! I have ADHD, a quirky but no-nonsense vibe, and a dog that occasionally gets into something he shouldn't during a session. As a therapist who values being in my own therapy, I am fully committed to embodying the value-aligned life we will discuss: integrating the exact same interventions, skills, and tools I provide to you. OUR WORK TOGETHER: Therapy is a deeply relational and collaborative process. In fact, the therapeutic relationship is the single best predictor of outcomes! Together, we will support you in navigating your daily challenges, untangling relationship patterns, and rebuilding a grounded relationship with yourself so you can step back into the world feeling whole. Work with me will blend evidence-based interventions (like Exposure and Response Prevention or Cognitive Behavioral Therapy) with practical therapeutic tools and mindfulness exercises to help you regulate your nervous system. I will intentionally weave my clinical expertise together with my authentic self so we can do deep, serious work effectively, while trusting that we do not have to take every moment so seriously. ABOUT CYAN THERAPY: The name is inspired by the Blue Palo Verde tree, a resilient tree that thrives in the desert, showcasing vibrant yellow flowers and unique green bark. It creates a safe haven for itself and the wildlife that depend on it, despite living in one of the harshest environments on earth. The exact blend of blue and green (verde) is Cyan. Both the tree and the color are beautiful symbols of living in the both/and: a therapeutic concept that is massively challenging but can create profound, positive transformation in our lives. I invite you to reach out when you are ready to step into the both/and with Cyan Therapy. INSURANCE & FEES I am currently in-network BCBS PPO, and I accept Self-Pay clients. Additionally, I provide superbills for out-of-network reimbursements. Please call your insurer to verify benefits or refer to the service fees below.
