Day in and day out, we’re bombarded with messages about who we should be — and many of us find ourselves constantly trying to fit a mold. As a therapist, I offer a space of reprieve from the pressures of everyday life: a space where you can relax and be your truest self without fear of judgment. I believe deeply in the power of real, honest connection to heal the wounds of self-doubt and self-criticism. In our work together, I incorporate self-compassion, mind-body practices, EMDR (Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing), and trauma-informed approaches to help you move toward your goals. I’m committed to providing culturally responsive and LGBTQ+ affirming care. I specialize in working with adolescents and young adults with ADHD or other neurodivergent traits, members of the trans and gender-expansive community, and individuals exploring their sexual identities. Above all, my priority is to create a space that is inclusive, safe, and entirely yours. I don’t see my role as someone who “fixes” or “heals,” but rather as someone who walks alongside you as you grow. I hold dual Master’s degrees in Social Work and Public Health from the University of Southern California. My background includes community organizing and reproductive justice activism, and I deeply believe that community involvement can be a vital part of personal and collective growth. When we learn to love and accept ourselves, we become better equipped to create meaningful, positive change around us. To me, learning, healing, and growing are not just personal endeavors — they are essential to building a more just and equitable world. I'm continually inspired by the words of Grace Lee Boggs: “The only way to survive is by taking care of one another.” I’m honored to be on this journey with you.
