If you've ever been told that you're "so self aware", that you seem like you have it all figured out, you're the one everyone else depends on, or if you continue to feel stuck in the same patterns... We should talk. I specialize in helping adults heal from trauma, anxiety, burnout, grief, and life transitions, with particular expertise working with healthcare professionals, first responders, and adults who have been diagnosed with ADHD or identified as neurodivergent later in life. Many of my clients are highly capable, compassionate people who have spent years caring for others while struggling to prioritize their own well-being. As an EMDR Certified Therapist, I have advanced training in trauma treatment and utilize evidence-based approaches to help clients move beyond symptom management and toward lasting healing. I understand that experiences from the past can continue to impact how we see ourselves, navigate relationships, and respond to stress, even when we logically know we "should" be able to move forward. Although I am certified in EMDR, I'm not a one-size-fits-all type of therapist and utilize a collaborative approach using a combination of techniques. My goal is to create a space where clients feel genuinely understood, supported, and empowered. Whether you're navigating the effects of trauma, professional burnout, anxiety, or the experience of understanding yourself through a new neurodivergent lens, therapy can be a place to gain clarity, healing, and hope
