Most people don’t start therapy because something is “wrong.” They reach out when life begins to feel overwhelming, heavy, or out of balance. You may be worrying constantly, feeling emotionally drained, struggling in relationships, or feeling stuck in patterns that are hard to change. Even highly capable people can reach a point where managing everything alone becomes exhausting. Therapy provides a space to slow down, gain clarity, and develop practical tools to move forward with greater confidence and emotional balance. My approach is warm, collaborative, and tailored to each individual. I work with children, adolescents, and adults experiencing anxiety, depression, emotional overwhelm, life transitions, and relationship challenges. I am intensively trained in Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), an evidence-based treatment that helps individuals regulate emotions, tolerate distress, strengthen relationships, and build mindfulness skills. Our work focuses on developing strategies that support resilience, self-awareness, and lasting change. I am a Licensed Mental Health Counselor in New York with over a decade of experience in both inpatient and outpatient mental health settings. Seeking support can feel like a big step — but it can also be the beginning of meaningful change. If you are considering therapy, I welcome you to reach out to schedule a consultation.
