I specialize in supporting people carrying the invisible weight of ADHD, complex trauma, PTSD, and painful relationship histories. Many of my clients are survivors of narcissistic abuse, domestic violence, or sexual assault. They often come to me feeling anxious, disconnected from themselves, and unsure how to trust again—while also managing the daily challenges of ADHD that can make healing feel even harder. In our work together, I provide a compassionate, trauma-informed space where you don’t have to minimize your story or feel like you’re “too much.” Along with neurodivergent-affirming strategies and evidence-based tools, I use EMDR (Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing) to help clients safely process traumatic memories, release old survival patterns, and restore a sense of inner safety. As someone who identifies as multi-generationally mixed ethnicity, I deeply value cultural sensitivity and honor the diverse backgrounds my clients bring to the therapeutic space.
