It is powerful and transformative when we have a safe place to be known, process our pain, and receive empathetic support. In my work with clients, I aspire to create safe and encouraging therapeutic relationships, meeting individuals where they are and providing holistic support for relational, spiritual, emotional, cognitive, and physiological development and functioning. I enjoy working with children (ages 4+), adolescents, and adults. I am trained in Child-Centered Play Therapy (CCPT) and am currently in the process of becoming a Registered Play Therapist. My experience includes supporting clients of all ages through grief and loss, anxiety, identity exploration, life transitions, and a variety of other challenges. If you or your child are feeling stuck, disconnected, or overwhelmed, you’re not alone. I welcome you to reach out so we can explore what support might look like for you or your family.
