My specialties include anxiety, depression, trauma, relational difficulties, stress, and self-esteem. I enjoy working with individuals who may have experienced traumatic events, mood complications, and other everyday stressors, acknowledging the courage and bravery required to seek help. With experience in various settings such as residential support services, intensive outpatient programs, and mental health counseling, I recognize the strength and inherent worth of each person and strive to help you feel valued as such. Although we've all experienced difficult circumstances and emotions in life, I believe there may be nothing worse than going through it alone. My goal is to help you build a toolkit of coping skills and healthy methods for managing your symptoms so you are equipped to face these challenges. I primarily utilize aspects of Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavioral Therapy (DBT), Gottman Method, and trauma-informed care in my work with children, teens, and adults.
