I'm an Art Therapist and Counselor who believes that sometimes words aren't enough—that's where creativity comes in. I work with children, teenagers, young adults, and adults, helping them process anxiety, trauma, depression, and life's toughest challenges through a blend of talk therapy and expressive arts. Whether you're navigating attachment wounds, managing panic or social anxiety, recovering from abuse, or simply feeling stuck, I meet you where you are with compassion and without judgment. My approach draws on Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, mindfulness practices, Jungian work, and person-centered care, always tailored to what resonates with you. I'm particularly passionate about supporting LGBTQIA+ individuals, abuse survivors, and anyone working through perfectionism or low self-worth. I offer both in-person and telehealth sessions and am currently accepting new clients. Art therapy creates a unique container for healing—one that honors both your inner wisdom and your creative voice.
