Introduction

My name is Lauren Castro, LMHC, BCBA, and I am the owner and lead clinician of Rising Minds Therapy. With a background in both mental health counseling and applied behavior analysis, I bring a unique, integrated approach to supporting individuals and families. Our practice serves clients in person in Boca Raton and throughout Florida via telehealth, with a special focus on guiding caregivers of children with special needs, as well as young adults navigating anxiety, depression, and life stressors.
