My clients are curious, insightful, and sensitive - and often appear to have it all together on the outside but feel anxious, overwhelmed, or disconnected on the inside. In our sessions together, we can explore ways to calm your nervous system, ease anxiety, halt rumination, and heal trauma while cultivating personal growth and gaining confidence, clarity, and insight. I bring an authentic, down-to-earth presence to my work. I’m actively engaged in sessions and offer honest, non-judgmental feedback and practical tools to help you make lasting change. I’m trained in EMDR, Brainspotting, and Trauma Resiliency Model, with over two decades of experience as a certified yoga therapist (C-IAYT) and yoga teacher, I also incorporate mindfulness, meditation, and somatic practices to support healing and resilience. I often work with artists, creatives, performers, and entertainment industry professionals. With professional experience as an actor and writer, I have a deep respect for the creative process and the unique issues that creatives face as they pursue their dreams and goals.
