Welcome! I am Lauren Marasco, and I am deeply committed to supporting individuals in their personal journey. I have experience and training working with a diverse variety of client needs including: anxiety, OCD, depression, ADHD, mood disorders, women's issues, parenting challenges (including special needs parenting), relational issues, and more. In my practice, I employ a variety of evidence-based therapeutic modalities, including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Exposure Response Therapy, Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), and Dialectical Behavioral Therapy (DBT). I tailor my therapeutic approach to align with the unique needs and readiness of each client, ensuring that I meet them where they are in their journey. I firmly believe that the therapeutic relationship is fundamental to client growth. I strive to cultivate an environment characterized by trust, safety, validation, and compassion. It is within this relational framework that meaningful change can occur. It is a privilege to work closely with my clients, earn their trust, challenge them, and see them progress.
