Introduction

Welcome. Taking the first step toward therapy can feel overwhelming, and my goal is to provide a space where you feel heard, understood, and empowered to explore your story without judgment. As a Marriage and Family Therapist Trainee, I work with individuals navigating anxiety, depression, trauma, life transitions, relationship challenges, emotional regulation, and the lasting effects of difficult experiences. I have experience supporting justice-involved and underserved individuals as they rebuild their lives, strengthen relationships, and develop healthier ways of coping with life's challenges. I believe that every person carries a unique story—one shaped by experiences, relationships, resilience, and hope. Together, we'll explore the patterns that have influenced your life, identify the strengths you already possess, and work toward creating a narrative that reflects the life you want to build rather than the circumstances that have defined you. My approach is trauma-informed, compassionate, and collaborative. I integrate Narrative Therapy, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), and Family Systems approaches to help clients gain insight into their thoughts, emotions, relationships, and behaviors while developing practical tools for lasting change. Whether you're processing past trauma, navigating a major life transition, struggling with self-worth, or simply feeling stuck, therapy can provide a place to gain clarity, healing, and direction. I strive to create an environment where you feel safe enough to be authentic, challenged enough to grow, and supported enough to discover that your story is still being written. It would be a privilege to walk alongside you as you begin the next chapter.
