I am deeply committed to creating a safe, affirming space where clients can begin the healing process. I work with adults looking to heal from childhood trauma, struggling with recently or late diagnosed ADHD, exploring gender identity and women feeling overwhelmed by perimenopause. You will gain concrete coping skills to help address trauma responses such as panic or anger, ease anxiety, manage frustration and irritability, develop healthier relationships, find clarity and foster self-compassion. We will work together to cultivate inner strength, emphasize your innate resilience, and strengthen your sense of self. I value a strong therapeutic relationship that focuses on safety where you are the expert on you. I will use my expertise and a variety of approaches (DBT, IFS and CBT) to help you learn to challenge negative self-talk, quiet racing thoughts, identify and regulate your body's responses to distress and process past experiences in a safe and supportive manner. I have over ten years of clinical experience. I am trained in Internal Family Systems Therapy (completed Level 1 training with the IFS Institute) and am a Certified Clinical Trauma Specialist. I also have a certification in Trauma Response and Crisis Intervention from Rutgers University. Ultimately, I believe healing is within reach for everyone when they have the right tools. My goal is to help you create lasting change by giving you with the skills you need to thrive, fostering emotional well-being, and empowering you to live a life full of connection, purpose, and inner peace.
