Introduction

I specialize in behavioral therapy using evidence based practices to treat OCD, PTSD, Phobias, Depression and Anxiety. My treatment style is focused on building insight into unhelpful patterns, and teaching people skills to build healthy patterns to target both symptom reduction as well as personal growth. I work collaboratively with patients through psycho-education and home practice to effectively treat the disorder and improve quality of life.
