I know reaching out for support can feel vulnerable, and I want you to know: that feeling is valid. My approach to therapy is real, relational, and rooted in the belief that everyone deserves a space to feel seen, heard, and supported. With nearly a decade in the helping profession, I’ve had the honor of walking alongside children, teens, adults, and families through life’s most difficult—and most meaningful—moments. I specialize in trauma, anxiety, depression, and life transitions, and I offer individual, couples, and family therapy for clients ages 6 and up. I also provide EMDR and other evidence-based approaches, always tailored to your unique needs. I work with people who carry heavy stories and often put others first—first responders, trauma survivors, deep feelers, and caretakers.
