Lauren Osborne is a Licensed Mental Health Counselor Associate (LMHC-A) and Registered Art Therapist (ATR-P) in Washington State. She works with adults impacted by high-control Christian environments and religious trauma, including those in the midst of faith crisis, those who have recently left and feel disoriented, and those who left years or decades ago and are now exploring how earlier religious experiences continue to shape identity, relationships, and emotional well-being. Her work focuses on untangling fear-based belief systems, processing shame and internalized guilt, rebuilding self-trust, and creating space for values-driven living. Drawing from ACT, existential and narrative therapy, attachment perspectives, and optional creative modalities, she offers telehealth across Washington in a queer-affirming, neurodiversity-affirming, and non-judgmental space.
