You don’t have to figure this out by yourself. I help clients of all ages move through anxiety, self-esteem struggles, and life’s hardest transitions with more clarity and confidence. I work with elementary-age kids through adults in their early thirties, meeting each person where they are in their stage of life. With kids and teens, I help navigate self-esteem struggles, separation anxiety, depression, and the emotional impact of parental separation and divorce. With adults, I help work through relationship and dating concerns, family conflict, major life transitions in school and work, and figuring out identity and future goals. My approach draws from Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and mindfulness-based practices, helping clients to recognize unhelpful thought patterns, build practical coping skills, and strengthen self-awareness. I believe meaningful growth happens when you feel supported enough to explore both your challenges and your strengths to build strategies that work. I am honored to have worked closely with individuals in the Latino/Hispanic and LGBTQ+ communities, and I'm committed to providing an inclusive, affirming space that respects each person's unique background, identity, and lived experiences. Therapy is a collaborative journey, and I hope to build a trusting relationship where you feel heard and valued.
