Introduction

I am an LPC located in Richardson, Texas, working with adults and children who have experienced trauma (including childhood, religious, and abuse trauma), grief and loss, anxiety, depression, and the LGBTQIA+ community. I love working with people who want to break cycles of abuse and trauma. I utilize a trauma-informed lens and incorporate Eye-Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR), parts work, and self-compassion. I also weave in mindfulness and meditation into my practice.
