I believe we all deserve a compassionate presence to help us rediscover our identity, purpose, and path forward. Life is meant to be lived fully, yet challenges along the way can leave us feeling lost, overwhelmed, or uncertain. Whether you're navigating anxiety, depression, trauma, relationship struggles, major life transitions or anything else, I'm here to help you reconnect with your best self and take meaningful steps toward the life you desire. I work with individuals, couples, and families across all ages, with extensive experience supporting adolescents. My background includes 17 years in public education as a special education teacher, middle school counselor, and high school counselor. I draw on Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Solution Focused Brief Therapy (SFBT), humanistic approaches, and faith-based perspectives—always following your lead. I honor each person's unique story, strengths, and needs. I'm currently accepting new clients and offer both in-person and telehealth sessions.
