With over a decade of experience in the mental health field, I enjoy working with children 11+, teens, college students, emerging adults, and adults with diverse backgrounds. I use an eclectic approach, drawing from a variety of therapeutic tools and modalities in which I have experience, training, or certification. Working alongside my clients, I help to illuminate areas of their lives needing focus, set meaningful goals, and build skills to foster a sustainable holistic approach to long-term emotional balance.
