I work with children, adolescents, and adults, as well as couples and families. Many of my clients are navigating anxiety, OCD, depression, relationship challenges, identity exploration, and life transitions. My approach is warm, collaborative, and individualized. I believe in everyone having a space where they feel understood without judgment, while also gaining practical tools to help them feel more confident navigating everyday life. My experience includes working with children, teens, and adults in school-based, treatment, and private practice settings. I have particular experience supporting clients with anxiety, OCD, ADHD, depression, and identity-related concerns. I draw from evidence-based approaches including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), and Exposure and Response Prevention (ERP), tailoring therapy to your individual needs and goals. I also incorporate art and play-based interventions when they are appropriate. Together, we can explore what you're experiencing, better understand patterns that may be getting in the way, and develop strategies that feel realistic and useful outside of therapy. My goal is to meet you where you are and help you build greater self-understanding, coping skills, and confidence along the way.
