Introduction

Grounded in 15+ years of practice, a PhD in Clinical Psychology, and work as adjunct faculty at the Emory University School of Medicine, my approach blends warmth with empirical rigor. I partner with children, adolescents, and adults across diverse conditions to build practical skills and lasting resilience. I provide in-person and telehealth services in the McDonough and greater Atlanta area. I am also licensed with PsyPact to practice teletherapy in over 40 states, ensuring consistent care that travels with you. I offer research-backed assessment and therapy tailored to your unique therapy needs. Using evidence-based practices—such as CBT, DBT, ERP, ACT, and trauma-focused, culturally sensitive care—we will design an approach specifically for your unique situation. I am committed to working together to develop strong, sustainable coping strategies that will help you to not only improve, but thrive in daily life. I feel privileged to serve clients with diverse identities, values, beliefs, and cultural backgrounds. I care deeply about my work with all my patients and look forward to the potential of working together.
