Hi, I’m Lauren Rose! With over a decade of experience in mental health, I support LGBTQIA+ individuals and those navigating identity exploration, life transitions, relationship challenges, anxiety, depression, and self-doubt. My approach to therapy is laid-back, conversational, and client-centered. I want you to feel safe, affirmed, and understood without feeling like you have to be anyone other than yourself. You set the pace, and your experiences guide our work together. If you’ve ever felt the need to tone yourself down to make others comfortable or struggled to figure out where you belong, you’re not alone. I help clients explore these feelings with compassion while building confidence, emotional resilience, and self-trust. Trained at the University of Memphis and Walden University, I draw from mindfulness, body awareness, and strengths-based approaches to create a personalized plan that fits your needs and goals. Whether you're exploring your identity, healing from past relationships, managing stress, or reconnecting with yourself, we'll work together toward a life that feels more authentic and fulfilling. I offer virtual therapy throughout Colorado and welcome individuals of all backgrounds, identities, and life paths. If you're ready for a supportive space to grow and feel more like yourself, I'd love to work with you.
