I’m a couples therapist at heart. I help partners improve communication, navigate conflict, and reconnect, whether you are in a challenging season, rebuilding trust, or working to strengthen your attachment. While I am trained in the Gottman Method and EMDR, clients often share that what matters most is that I am warm, easy to talk to, and genuinely in their corner. I am a queer woman, and providing affirming, inclusive care for LGBTQ+ individuals and families is important to me both personally and professionally. I have specialized training working with transgender individuals, couples navigating gender transition, and queer families. Regardless of who you are or what brings you to therapy, my approach is to meet you where you are with compassion and help you move forward in meaningful and sustainable ways. I use evidence-based approaches such as EMDR, ERP, CBT, DBT, self-compassion practices, and Gottman Method Therapy to support effective coping, relationship growth, and resilience. I also have extensive training in the WPATH Standards of Care and experience supporting clients with identity exploration, gender dysphoria, relationship challenges, and the impact of microaggressions. Opening your life to another person can feel vulnerable. I take pride in creating a warm, supportive environment where you can feel respected, understood, and empowered to make change. I would be honored to walk alongside you on your path toward healing, connection, and growth.
