Introduction

My clinical experience includes working in Partial Hospitalization Program (PHP) settings, where I have supported both teens and adults with a wide range of mental health diagnoses. My primary passion lies in trauma work, and I approach therapy from a trauma-informed perspective that emphasizes safety, empowerment, and individualized care. In addition to my trauma focus, I have experience working with the perinatal population, supporting clients through the unique emotional challenges that accompany pregnancy, postpartum transitions, and early parenthood. I believe that the therapeutic relationship is the cornerstone of meaningful change, and I strive to create a collaborative, nonjudgmental space where clients feel heard, respected, and supported. Drawing from a variety of evidence-based counseling modalities, I tailor my approach to meet each client’s specific needs and goals. My philosophy centers on meeting clients where they are and walking alongside them as they take the next steps toward healing and growth.
