Introduction

The therapy I provide is rooted in compassion, concepts of attachment, interpersonal neurobiology, systems theory, as well as queer and feminist theory. I support clients by co-creating a space for them to navigate and harness the power of their difficult and uncomfortable emotions. It's not all about the uncomfortable though, one of the most rewarding aspects of what I do is sending the invitation for clients to rediscover and lean into their experiences of pleasure and joy. I incorporate mindfulness-based interventions that engage the client's somatic experience of feelings to process trauma and gain insight on their wants and needs.
