Hi, I’m Lauren Trees, an Associate Marriage and Family Therapist (AMFT). I received my Master of Arts in Clinical Psychology with an emphasis in Marriage and Family Therapy from Pepperdine University. As a multicultural, mixed race Filipina and white American, I intimately understand the complexity of carrying multiple aspects of ourselves. Because of this perspective, I embrace all aspects of client’s identities and how you want to define them. I value that we are all unique individuals and I work to create a safe and supportive space to explore your experiences and create a sense of belonging and connection. I am passionate about supporting individuals and families in navigating life’s challenges and building stronger relationships. I approach therapy with empathy, active listening, and a focus on fostering positive change. My approach is grounded in a person-centered approach, and I believe in empowering clients to identify their strengths and achieve their goals. Together, we’ll navigate your story, identify underlying challenges, and apply effective strategies to help you grow.
