Introduction

Welcome! I am a warm, authentic, empathic, and grounded Clinical Psychologist specializing in eating disorders, cancer survivorship, life transitions, and identity work (who am I and what is my purpose). My integrative approach blends Clinical Psychology with holistic and embodied frameworks, including Somatic and Energy Psychology. I believe in the power of real connection and strive to create a therapy relationship that feels supportive and empowering. You are the expert on your experience, and I am a trusted guide offering guidance, tools, and perspective to support you on your journey. My diverse experience includes residential eating disorder care, outpatient clinics, and community mental health. I support clients with a wide range of concerns, including depression, anxiety, PTSD, and neurodivergence-related difficulties, with specialties in identity work (who am I and what am I doing here?), life transitions, and eating disorders. In addition to my professional training, I am a Breast Cancer Survivor and also have lived experience with eating disorder recovery. I believe that it is possible to live a full, vibrant, fulfilling life after cancer, and that full recovery from your Eating Disorder is absolutely possible.
