Introduction

Are you seeking a safe, nonjudgmental space to navigate life's challenges and transitions? I'm here to support you on your journey toward greater well-being and authenticity. My focus is helping you learn and acquire the tools and techniques to better handle anxiety, depression, grief + loss, health issues, and life transitions. I specialize in working with adults, college students, educators, and business professionals as they navigate their unique life paths. Life can be overwhelming, but I'm here to guide you to healing and increased joy. I customize each session to your unique needs, using research-based + trauma-informed methods, compassion, and mindfulness. You have the flexibility to choose between in-person sessions at my Johnston office or virtual (telehealth) appointments on Monday through Friday. I understand that taking the first step towards therapy can be intimidating. Starting therapy can seem overwhelming, and it's normal to feel nervous. During our first session, I'll take the time to understand your goals and what you hope to achieve through therapy. You can decide if we're the right fit at your own pace. I look forward to meeting you!
