Introduction

In-Person in Waxahachie ~ Telehealth in Ellis County & Surrounding Area Individual counseling for adults and older adolescents (16+) Sometimes the challenges we face are about more than what is happening right now. Past experiences, relationships, losses, and long-held patterns can shape how we think, feel, and respond in ways we may not fully recognize. My approach to counseling is warm, collaborative, and active. While having space to talk openly and feel genuinely heard is an important part of therapy, I also believe meaningful change comes through active participation. Together, we will make connections, explore patterns, develop practical skills and strategies, and find ways to apply what you are learning beyond the counseling room. I draw primarily from Cognitive Behavior Therapy (CBT) while integrating other evidence-based approaches based on your individual needs, goals, and experiences. Together, we will work toward greater understanding, meaningful change, and a life that feels more aligned with what matters to you.
