Hi, I’m Laurie Endris and I specialize in working with people of all ages (6+) who struggle with anxiety, OCD, phobias, panic, and perfectionism. I also provide support to parents of neurodivergent kids navigating challenges related to sensory, emotional, communication, and learning differences, while encouraging special interests and positive identity development. My approach is collaborative, compassionate, and affirming. I integrate evidence-based practices like ACT, CBT, and Exposure and Response Prevention (ERP), with mindfulness, expressive arts, and somatic awareness. I work from a strengths-based perspective centering your preferences, values, and goals. Whether you’re seeking freedom from looping thoughts, looking to parent with greater intention and understanding, or ready to unmask and reclaim your true self—I’ll meet you right where you are. I also have experience supporting LGBTQIA+ clients, late-diagnosed autistic/ADHD adults, people with chronic illness, and those exploring meaning, authenticity, and belonging. If you’ve been feeling stuck or misaligned, I’d be honored to work with you!
