Introduction

Lauryn is a Licensed Clinical Social Worker in Reno Nevada and has been proving mental health services to Nevadans for over 10 years. Lauryn is a born and raised battle born Nevadan, having lived her whole life and cultivating her career in the Silver State. Being a therapist and providing services to all of the communities in Nevada has been a great privilege to Lauryn, as she understands the ongoing need for therapeutic intervention with minimal barriers in Nevada. Lauryn’s foundational approach to treatment is person centered, believing in a holistic approach to people’s complex needs and meeting people where they are at. Lauryn believes that a “one size fits all treatment” isn’t a sustainable approach to any treatment interventions. Lauryn pulls treatment modalities from a wide variety of training models to individually and holistically approach treatment depending on each person’s unique needs, strengths, already adapted behaviors, and current level of resiliency. Lauryn’s focus remains on improving the quality of life for individual sin treatment and working towards individuals desired goals for treatment, rather that prescribing the goals herself. Lauryn creates a safe space for all individuals to explore their deepest needs in a compassionate and person focused way.
