Hi! I am a counseling intern with experience supporting those experiencing anxiety, depression, burnout, perfectionism, self-esteem concerns, stress, and medical trauma. I also have a special interest in working with individuals who work within the healthcare system or who have been personally impacted by medical experiences, chronic stress, or navigating healthcare-related challenges.
