Introduction

I believe there is no greater journey than that of self-discovery. In moments where we may feel stuck or in struggle, counseling can help us gain a deeper understanding of ourselves and allow us the opportunity to move through our struggles towards a better life. My goal as a counselor is to create a safe space for you to explore your experiences and learn skills to support your continued growth and well-being. I have a Master of Science in Clinical Mental Health Counseling with an emphasis in Childhood and Adolescence Disorders. I am Spanish speaking and have experience working with individuals of multicultural backgrounds through a trauma-informed approach. I am receiving direct clinical supervision from AZBBHE approved Diana Canfield, M.S., LPC. I look forward to meeting you and helping on your journey of self-discovery!
