I offer somatic, relational therapy for adults and couples seeking deeper connection, regulation, and repair. My work is grounded in the understanding that the body carries history, and that healing happens not only through insight, but through felt safety, attunement, and relationship. Whether you are navigating identity, trauma, intimacy, or relational rupture, therapy can be a place to slow down, reconnect with yourself, and reshape the patterns that no longer serve you. * About My Approach * My approach is trauma-informed, body-centered, and relational. I draw from somatic therapy, attachment theory, family systems, and nervous system regulation to support healing at both the individual and relational level. I understand the body as both a record of lived experience and a powerful site of transformation. Together, we work to notice how patterns show up in the body, in relationships, and in moments of stress, and to create more choice, agency, and connection over time. I bring particular care to working with clients who have experienced identity-based stress, spiritual or religious trauma, chronic nervous system activation, or long-standing relational wounds. * Couples & Partnership Therapy * I work with couples and partners who want to better understand their relational patterns, improve communication, and rebuild safety and connection. I specialize in LGBTQIA+ couples, queer and trans partnerships, and folks in non-monogamous or non-traditional relationship structures. In couples work, we focus on: - identifying reactive cycles and attachment injuries - supporting nervous system regulation in interaction - strengthening communication and repair skills - increasing emotional and relational safety - deepening intimacy, trust, and mutual understanding I integrate relational, attachment-based approaches with practical tools drawn from evidence-based couples therapy frameworks, including the Gottman method. I intentionally work with a limited number of couples to ensure depth, care, and sustainability in the work. ** Curious if this work might be a good fit? ** Scheduling an appointment connects you with an initial free conversation to explore your needs and see whether working together feels supportive.
