Born and raised in the Bay Area, I appreciate the opportunity to learn and engage with people of different cultures and backgrounds. I bring that same energy into the therapeutic space, encouraging people to explore their own identities and take pride in who they are. I provide virtual individual therapy for teens, young adults, and parents. As an LGBTQ-identified 2nd-gen Asian American, I enjoy working with people with similar backgrounds and exploring the intersections of these and other cultural identities. I specialize in working with LGBTQ teens and young adults with depression. I also have expertise in parenting challenges and folks with Borderline Personality Disorder. I am not an expert in ADHD or ASD, but am neurodivergent-affirming. I currently provide virtual therapy for California residents only. Outside of this practice, I also work at Kaiser Oakland Child Psychiatry. Other experience includes universities, residentials, and nonprofits. At this time, I do not accept insurance but am happy to provide a superbill for you to seek reimbursement with your insurance provider. Please note, if there is no available phone consult time to book online, please call the number above to schedule one. M.S. Clinical Psychology, San Francisco State University B.S.
