Introduction

I have worked in the mental health field for over 20 years in roles including psychosocial rehabilitation, community support, care coordination, and outpatient therapy. As a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), I work with adults experiencing trauma, anxiety, depression, life transitions, and feelings of disconnection. Many of my clients come to therapy feeling lost, stuck, or uncertain about their path forward. My goal is to provide a supportive space where clients can better understand themselves and create meaningful change. My approach is collaborative, trauma-informed, and tailored to each client's unique needs. I integrate EMDR, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), mindfulness-based interventions, and somatic approaches to support healing and growth. I believe healing happens when we recognize and build upon the strengths that already exist within us. Together, we explore patterns that may be keeping you stuck and develop practical tools for creating a more authentic, connected, and fulfilling life.
