I provide a safe, welcoming space where children and adolescents can express themselves, explore their emotions, and grow at their own pace. As a licensed psychologist, I specialize in working with young children and adolescents ages 2.6 to 15 using Child-Centered Play Therapy and humanistic, neurodiversity-affirming approaches. Rather than trying to “fix” or change, I support them in developing confidence, strengthening emotional awareness, and navigating their experiences in ways that feel natural and meaningful to them. I work with concerns such as anxiety, mood difficulties, trauma, behavioral challenges, peer relationships, and developmental transitions. I also collaborate closely with parents and caregivers, recognizing that meaningful progress is strengthened when the family feels supported as a whole. I am currently accepting new clients for in-person services and believe that every young person deserves to feel seen, heard, understood, and valued for who they are.
