I bring experience across the fields of clinical mental health counseling, expressive arts therapy, and education from my work in Indonesia, Nicaragua, Massachusetts, and Puerto Rico. Throughout my career, I've had the privilege of serving diverse communities, including children, adolescents, young adults, and older adults. I've supported survivors of gender-based violence, domestic violence, natural disasters, and pediatric burns, as well as the LGBTQIA+ community and individuals living with chronic health conditions. My practice centers on mental health and wellness, psychological trauma, and expressive arts therapy. I facilitate therapeutic and creative spaces through an intersectional and Caribbean framework, offering both individual and group sessions that honor each person's unique story and strengths. In our therapeutic space, we'll work together toward insight, integration, and (re)connection. I look forward to supporting you on your journey.
