Mi nombre es Jonathan R. Acosta Rodríguez. Soy psicólogo licenciado en Puerto Rico con formación avanzada en intervención psicológica. Completé una maestría en Consejería Psicológica en Salud Mental de la Universidad Interamericana de Puerto Rico Recinto Metropolitano. Mi enfoque se basa en una práctica ética, responsable y basada en evidencia, adaptando cada intervención a las necesidades particulares de la persona. Trabajo con adultos y adolescentes que buscan comprender mejor sus emociones, manejar situaciones difíciles y desarrollar herramientas prácticas para mejorar su bienestar y salud mental.
