Hi! My name is Lea, and I am a graduate student at the University of Nevada, Las Vegas, currently pursuing a Master’s degree in Marriage and Family Therapy. I am passionate about normalizing conversations around mental health, and I strive to create a space where individuals feel supported, understood, and never alone in their journey. My passion for becoming a therapist is rooted in the belief that humans are inherently complex and that being understood, heard, and seen is fundamental to the therapeutic process. I utilizes a person-centered approach grounded in Internal Family Systems and Cognitive-Behavioral Therapy, utilizing compassion, deepening self-understanding, and incorporating practical skill-building to encourage authentic growth. Drawing on my experiences as a daughter, friend, partner, and sister, my values of connection and curiosity guide my desire to understand others deeply. Whether just beginning therapy or continuing a therapeutic journey, I strive to create a safe and supportive space—one where all vulnerabilities are acknowledged and welcomed.
