Introduction

I help women who look capable on the outside but feel overwhelmed, anxious, or disconnected underneath—especially during pregnancy, postpartum, motherhood, and other major life transitions. I’m a Licensed Professional Counselor specializing in maternal mental health, birth trauma, anxiety, and the complex identity shifts that can come with becoming a mother. My approach goes beyond simply talking about what’s wrong. I help clients understand what is happening in their nervous system, process experiences that still feel “stuck,” and build a greater sense of safety, steadiness, and confidence in themselves. Many of the women I work with are high-achieving professionals, caregivers, and mothers who are accustomed to holding everything together for everyone else. Therapy becomes a place where you don’t have to perform, have the right answer, or minimize what you’re carrying. My work is warm, direct, trauma-informed, and individualized. I integrate evidence-based therapy with nervous-system and trauma-processing approaches, and I can incorporate a Christian perspective for clients who want their faith to be part of the therapeutic process. Whether you’re navigating anxiety, a difficult birth, pregnancy or postpartum changes, motherhood, relationship stress, or simply realizing that you don’t feel like yourself anymore, our work is about helping you feel grounded in your life again—not just getting better at pushing through it.
