I practice from an intersectional feminist, LGBTQIA2S+ affirming, Anti-Racist lens. I specialize in perinatal mental health, and transgender care. I work with teens, and adults who may have experienced trauma. I use a variety of creative, intuitive, client-centered techniques to work through individual issues. I take a strengths based approach, guiding individuals to embrace and honor themselves. I use relational-attachment techniques to build trust, safety, and security that clients can take from our sessions into their lives and other relationships. I have a Master's in Social Work from Walla Walla University. I use EMDR, Mindfulness, CBT, and Attachment techniques, along with training in Prenatal, Birth, and Attachment Psychology, and Postpartum Support International maternal mental health. Therapy can be beneficial to all people and an unbiased, nonjudgmental therapist can help individuals and families find their best selves and best lives. Please take the brave step of reaching out for help.
